Welcome to your village. This Intimate motherhood group is designed to connect, support and uplift new moms and help them build their support system. Every gathering offers a safe, judgement-free space to share honestly, learn gently, and feel truly seen. Expect meaningful conversation, expert-guided topics around mental health, nourishment, and motherhood transitions, and the kind of community that reminds you; you're not doing this wrong, you're just not doing it alone. This is a 6 week program
